Booking and prices
Due to the Schengen agreement, we are obliged to register foreign guests according to the regulations of the Swedish police. Therefore you need to bring and show us a valid passport or identity card at the check-in.

TERMS OF BOOKING
SMOKING AND PETS
Smoking is not allowed within any of our accommodations. If you smoke indoors, we will have to charge you the costs for the cleaning up and washing that the smoking has caused.
If you wish to have your dog or cat with you in the room, this is possible only in our special “pets allowed” accommodations.
CANCELLATION AND FAILURE TO ARRIVE
A confirmed booking must be cancelled before 6pm the day before arrival. If you cancel your booking later, we will charge you for one night. If we have had any other costs for your stay, such as ordered food etc., those will be charged as well.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You need to check in before 8pm if there is no other agreement with us. If you come later, you need to tell us in advance.
You need to check out before 12am if there is no other agreement with us.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Your booking is binding when it is confirmed by us. In order to proceed your booking, we need your name, phone number and dates of arrival and departure.
PAYING
You pay for your room at the time of arrival. We accept payment via cash or VISA/Mastercard. We do not accept cheques. In some cases, we can offer payment via invoice.
